Pairpoint vase with sterling foot, scalloped rim and handles. The 5 3/4 inch tall vase is copper wheel engraved in a foliate pattern. The foot is marked “Sterling 85" and “Black, Starr & Frost.” The Black, Starr & Frost signature dates the piece to no later than 1929.

A signed Steuben jar with threaded lid on an optic swirled rib footed body. The bristol yellow jar is 7 inches tall and 3 3/4 inches in diameter at the shoulder. There are two minor chips on the threading of the lid. The base has a polished pontil and there is an acid stamped Steuben fleur de lys mark. The bottle is shown in the factory line drawings and the Carder Steuben Club shape gallery as shape 6733.

A Carder Steuben green jade and alabaster vase measuring 6 inches tall. The vase is shape 3285 and is unsigned. The raised foot is alabaster and the balance of the vase is green jade. The underside of the foot exhibits a broken pontil mark. There is no damage.

A Durand glass, blue iridescent vase, made around 1925 by Vineland Glassworks - the iridescence is similar to Steuben's, 'Aurene' and Tiffany's, 'Favrile'. The vase is 8 inches tall and 4 1/4 inches wide. Polished pontil. It is in fine condition (there is a spurious, 'LCT' at the bottom). Like many Durand glass objects, the vase is unsigned - it is guaranteed to be by Durand in their Shape Number 1730 (please refer to page 160 of Meschi's book for this vase-shape).

A wonderful sterling and cut glass muffineer measuring 8 ½ inches tall. The glass is by Pairpoint and is cut with sprays of foliage and is mounted in sterling fittings by Spalding & Co.. The underside of the sterling foot is marked “Spalding & Co., Sterling, 925/1000, 164.” Spaulding & Co. of Chicago was incorporated in 1888 and was then taken under the control of Gorham in the 1920s. The muffineer is in beautiful condition.
