The Manhattan pattern was produced by Hocking Glass Company from 1939 to 1941. Its clean, deco lines makes it very popular with today's collectors. Offered here is the center insert for the relish set in excellent condition. The center insert was only made in clear, even though the triangle side inserts come in crystal, ruby and pink. Note that the insert has vertical ridges around the base, not the balls that you typically see on footed Manhattan items. I have 3 available, price is per insert...

Stippled Band was the first toy dish pattern produced by Akro Agate. The transparent topaz color pictured here was only made in 1935-6 and is very difficult to find. This is the Large size Stippled Band set and includes 4 cups & saucers, 4 plates, teapot & lid, creamer, and sugar & lid. The sugar lid is the rare dome - shaped style. This bright and sparkly ivy or rose bowl compote is so clear it is hard to photograph. The rose bowl is round with a ruffle opening for the flowers or plant. (Rooting ivy in water was popular - just pop in a bit of charcoal and the ivy will live for years.) It features very elegant, delicate cut flowers with fine grey cut and wheel cut petals and leaves. It sits on a ball stem and a broad foot for balance...

This lovely amber centerpiece bowl is marked with a C in a triangle for the Cambridge Glass Company. The broad flared rim rises from a collar foot showing the fine, rich amber color throughout. It spans 12 3/4" across the broad rim and is 3 1/2" deep. This elegant piece is in excellent condition. I have other Cambridge and elegant glassware in my inventory... take a peek.
