An elegant Art Deco ruby glass cocktail shaker with sterling silver overlay in a grapevine pattern. The glass has a very intense ruby coloring, and the bottom has a polished pontil-a reliable sign of quality glass. Each side of the shaker is enhanced with a stylized grapevine motif worked in sterling silver overlay. The shaker is finished with a chrome-plated top.

Origin: America, ca. 1935. Condition: excellent, all original, no chips or cracks, no splits to metal. Size: 11-1/4".

Iris & Herringbone was originally made by Jeannette Glass Company from 1928 to 32 during the depression. The pattern proved so popular that in the 1950's, they reissued it in the marigold iridescent color. Pictured here is the 4 inch wine in excellent condition. This size holds 3 oz and is hard to find. Old Cafe is a smaller pattern produced by Hocking from 1936 to 1938. Offered here is the covered candy jar. The base is pink, the lid for the covered candy jar is always ruby. Fostoria made these lustres from 1930-40. A simple 4.5" base rising to an 8.5" stick with attached bobeche cascading with hanging crystals. This pair are in excellent condition, the tips of the crystals are best described as weathered, not sharp but obviously dulled by time. The sticks are yellow with permanently attached bobeche. Pattern #2436 is are considered RARE.

Dancing Nymph is the correct name for this Consolidated pattern - it's sometimes called "Dance of the Nudes" due to listings in depression glass books under that name. Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. Offered here is the 1102P pitcher in emerald green. Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the #1131 candlestick - part of the Spanish Knobs variation - in emerald green. This Northwood grape and cable 9" ruffled bowl can be identified as a varian because of the tendrils that sneak into the otherwise plain center. The shape of the grape bunces is quite different. It has a collar base and basketweave exterior.

Fenton's milkglass was made from 1952. This 6" mini basket is in excellent condition.

These glass tear catchers or weeping bottles were for saving tears of grief. Such blown glass receptacles were placed on dressing tables, and on the first anniversary of the death, the tears were poured over the grave. This bottle is 7 3/8" long by 9/16" in diameter.

Much of the paint design is worn off.

These bottles have sold in the past for upwards of $325.00 for clear ones.

Duncan and Miller Tear Drop Cruets are being sold as a pair. This pattern was produced starting in the 1930's and continued until the end of the company in 1955. The cruets are about 5' tall and are in excellent condition. NO issues with chips around the stoppers.

This vase was produced by the Consolidated Glass Company as part of the Martele line. Designed by Reuben Haley, the vase was produced in the late 1920's. The vase is listed in the Consolidated catalog as the #2753 Pine-Cone vase, and measures 6 1/2 inches high.
