A lovely English cut crystal powder or dresser box. The cut glass jar features 3 large flowers with alternating leaves. A deep cut star is on the base bottom. The sterling silver lid is beautifully decorated with a chased Art Nouveau design around the outer edge. The center of the lid is plain and can be engraved. Lid is marked silver and tests sterling silver. The box is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Measures about 3" high x 3.75 at widest. Circa 1920.

Gorgeous sterling silver guilloche enamel neck and cut glass perfume bottle with stopper. The enamel is just beautiful with an aqua color. The body of the bottle is gorgeous with a floral design on both sides of the bottle and very elegant lines and details. Offered is this beautiful, 'Osiris'-type art glass vase with applied handles, made most likely, by Stevens & Williams in England, around 1890. Probably the 'Pull-up' machine, invented by John Northwood (when he was Artistic Director at Stevens & Williams), was used for the zippered pattern on the vase. A Whitefriars glass mould blown one pint Toby Jug (pattern no. M163) known as "Barnaby". London based Whitefriars Glass were the UK's oldest and largest glass manufacturers. They produced Toby Jugs from 1974 until 1980 when the factory closed. They are usually to be found in "Flint" (clear glass) and less commonly in "Antique Blue". "Sage Green" colour jugs were only produced in 1974 and are rare. Condition: excellent - no damages. 17.9cm (7inches) high.
