Offered is this beautiful, hand-painted covered glass bowl, made probably by Mont Joye. It is 7 inches (17,5 cm) tall and 4 1/4 inches (10,5 cm) wide. It is in very good condition (there is a tiny flea-bite on the inner rim).

A lovely English cut crystal powder or dresser box. The cut glass jar features 3 large flowers with alternating leaves. A deep cut star is on the base bottom. The sterling silver lid is beautifully decorated with a chased Art Nouveau design around the outer edge. The center of the lid is plain and can be engraved. Lid is marked silver and tests sterling silver. The box is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Measures about 3" high x 3.75 at widest. Circa 1920.

Probably the 'Pull-up' machine, invented by John Northwood (when he was Artistic Director at Stevens & Williams), was used for the zippered pattern on the vase. A Whitefriars glass mould blown one pint Toby Jug (pattern no. M163) known as "Barnaby". London based Whitefriars Glass were the UK's oldest and largest glass manufacturers. They produced Toby Jugs from 1974 until 1980 when the factory closed. They are usually to be found in "Flint" (clear glass) and less commonly in "Antique Blue". "Sage Green" colour jugs were only produced in 1974 and are rare.
Condition: excellent - no damages.

A set of 5 green cut to clear wine glasses. The 6 inch tall wines are cut in a floral pattern swags of beading. The bottom of the cup is cut with 6 facets where it joins the clear stem. The clear foot is cut in a complimentary pattern.

These 12 juice glasses were produced in England by Stuart between 1930 and 1940. They measure 3 1/4 inches high and the mouth of the glass is 2 1/2 inches in diameter. They are hand blown in fine, clear rock crystal. They are hand engraved and polished with elaborate floral patterns. They glisten in the light. These glasses ring like a bell. They are all signed on the bottom. Although only one glass is pictured, the price includes all 12 glasses.
