The Florentine pattern was produced by Hazel Atlas Glass Company from 1932 to 1935. It was made with scalloped edges or straight edges. Although Hazel Atlas didn't distinguish one from the other, collectors today call the scalloped edge 'Florentine 1' and the straight edge style 'Florentine 2'. Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the 1172 fan vase - part of the Spanish Knobs variation. The vase is approximately 6 inches high and is done in a very interesting color treatment with a pink ceramic wash fired on over white glass. Excellent condition...

A beautiful, Murano glass vase with the 'Mezza Filigrana' decor. The decor of the vase is sandwiched between a clear outer glass layer and an inner white glass layer. The glass is 3/8 inches (1 cm) thick. The heavy vase is 13 inches (33 cm) tall and 4 3/4 inches (12 cm) wide. It is without chips or cracks. There are some fabrication/annealing lines (see pictures). Unsigned. Though many Murano glass houses made vases in this technique, this vase is attributed to Barovier & Toso.

Imperial Candlewick Duo Candlestick. About 6" at widest and 5" tall. In excellent condition.

This Barbini from the 1960's will bring a smile when you look inside to see the large murine fish at the bottom. Six strategically placed bubbles surround the fish, whose body is dark green at the top, with subtle aventurine stripes on a gold leaf body. The amorphous bowl form is a champagne color, 6 1/2" diameter and 2 1/2" tall, and is in excellent condition with normal wear at the base consistent with its age.
