This is an Art Deco English sterling silver globe-shape ashtray with cigarette rest, fully hallmarked for London 1928. This 3-1/4" tall smoking accessory has a square-shape base, and it has the hallmarks for the Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Company, the famous London makers of precious metal items. It has a later-added circular piece of felt added to under the base (which can be removed if you prefer to change that)...

A Large and Heavy Paul Revere (Sons of Liberty) Bowl by Crichton Brothers of London through their New York Affiliate. The Bowl is 10" in diameter and 5" high and 5.25" at the base and weighs 29.1 Troy ounces. There is a monogram on the side "CAV FBV 1910-1035", presumably given as a 25th Anniversary gift that year. It is in excellent condition. Note that the original is in the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston.

A Sterling Silver Hand Wrought Arts and Crafts Square Shaped Bowl or Dish, by Arthur Stone of Gardner, Massachusetts. The craftsman was either David Carlson (1909-1919) or Magnus Carlberg (1922-1932). Dimensions; 4.5" x 4.5" x 1.25" high, weight 5.5 Troy ounces. Excellent condition. There is a monogram "JBR" on the underside and the date Jan.15, 1944, presumably given as a gift at that later time.

Sterling silver and glass jam jar. Made by Gorham in Providence, ca 1950. Jar is clear glass with horizontal lobing. Cover is silver and in form of apple half with stem. Cover hallmark includes no. 23. Nice condition.

Chinese-style bowl, ca 1920. Mottled green hardstone urn on silver gilt fretwork base with 4 splayed supports. A pretty ornament that works as an ashtray with silver gilt leaf cradle mounted to rim. Marked “Edward I Farmer / Sterling”. Very good with nice toning. Rim has a few fleabite irregularities.

Sterling silver water pitcher by Tiffany circa 1930. Simple, elegant design with an "AD" monogrammed on the front. It measures approximately 8" tall and from handle to spout measures approximately 7.5". It says on the bottom, it holds 4.25 pints. The marking on the bottom says: "TIFFANY & Co, 16974 MAKERS 8391, STERLING SILVER, 925-1000, M" It is in good condition, and the overall weight is 2 lbs.

Two sets of English Art Deco sterling silver cocktail picks, the finials in the form of brightly enameled roosters. Each pick has unusual double tines that firmly hold olives, cherries, etc., and a hook on the back side that can rest on the edge of tall glass to keep them from sinking to the bottom. This item has never been engraved nor had a monogram. It has very attractive ornate handles and weighs 180 grams. It has a TR maker's mark along with a stamped ROSSI NORWICH 9098 on the bottom for Theodore Rossi. It is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs.
