A nice set of sterling silver cocktail picks, the tops decorated with colorful enameled roosters. The use of the rooster (“cock”) motif in Art Deco barware was a play on the word “cocktail”. Each pick has a hook on the back of the rooster so that it can hang from the edge of the glass. Each is fully hallmarked for Birmingham, 1927. The picks are presented in their original fitted case embossed Abercrombie & Fitch.

A Fa Dahlia Dutch 835 solid silver pastry pie lifter or cake server dated 1920. This ornate European silver 8-1/2" dessert server features a high relief village scene, flowers and a mythological mask on the pierced work blade and the stem is fancy as well. This fine dining or tea table serving piece is topped with a finely detailed sailing ship. A sterling silver vermouth dispenser in the form of a watering can by Cartier. When tipped, the dispenser lightly sprinkles just a drip of vermouth into the glass for the perfect martini. The bottom is marked “Sterling” and is signed “Cartier”. These watering cans were made for Cartier’s New York flagship store.

A sterling silver wine funnel in a classic Georgian design by the luxury English silversmith Asprey & Co. The upper rim is simply decorated in a beaded pattern. The strainer bottom is pierced in a starburst design. The piercing will strain out the larger sediments, and the funnel opens so a piece of muslin or a screen can be inserted to filter even the smallest sediments during decanting. The funnel is fully hallmarked by Asprey and bears the date letter for 1984.

This small, sterling silver container has a basket weave pattern and a nice patina. It stands 2 3/4" tall. The bottom is marked with the eagle assay with 3. It is also marked TAXCO MEXICO 925, in a circle with the maker's mark in the middle: looks like a stylized FS. It is in excellent condition. The diameter of the bottom is 1 3/4". The top's diameter is 2 1/8". it weighs 1 ounce.

An Art Deco sterling silver napkin ring circa 1930. This vintage and stylish engine turned Art Deco square table item measures 1-1/2" along each side and 1-1/8" across. It weighs 38.8 grams and it has the hallmarks for Birmingham, England 1930. It has a maker's mark for either the Dingley or Davies Brothers, and it has an S.M.C. monogram. This item is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

Beautiful pair of 800 silver sabbath candlesticks brought from Germany to the USA before World War II. They have the markings (which my camera was unable to photograph) of the maker Korner Proll, Berlin. They measure 12" tall, and other than being slightly bent, they are in perfect condition with no dents or repairs, and would be a beautiful addition to any collection.

Nostalgic glass vanity jar with enameled sterling silver cover. Made in London in 1934. Oval jar with straight and fluted sides. Cover has motoring scene: A Victorian lady and two gentlemen tootle along in a turn-of-the-century automobile. A sweet look back. Hallmark includes George V’s silver jubilee mark. Indistinct maker’s mark – possibly Thomas Dalton Pannett & Son, Ltd. Fine condition with strong color.

Two arms, each comprising two open quadrilateral scrolls inset at center with volute scroll terminating in buds overhanging sides. Each arm terminates in socket. A Large Hammered Sterling Silver 1927 Golf Trophy from Sedlacek & Co. in Los Angeles. Blue enamel logo "A G C" with golf clubs. Engraved "Invitational Tournament 1927" and "Second Flight Winner." Measures about 9 1/4" across and 7" tall. Weighs about 37 ounces, this is not the silver weight, as the base is weighted. Impressive piece, being sold as-found, has dings to top edge, crimping and excess solder where bowl is attached to pedestal and scattered flaws. Nice period example.

A Sterling Silver Hand Wrought Arts and Crafts Square Shaped Bowl or Dish, by Arthur Stone of Gardner, Massachusetts. The craftsman was either David Carlson (1909-1919) or Magnus Carlberg (1922-1932). Dimensions; 4.5" x 4.5" x 1.25" high, weight 5.5 Troy ounces. Excellent condition. There is a monogram "JBR" on the underside and the date Jan.15, 1944, presumably given as a gift at that later time.

A sterling napkin ring fully hallmarked for Birmingham, England 1953. This 1-7/8" x 1-1/4" napkin ring is 3/4" wide, in the shape of an oval race track, and it has an E monogram. It has a B&CO. maker's mark for W.I. Broadway & Co., it weighs 10.7 grams, and it is in excellent vintage condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

A Large Sterling Silver Gorham Water Pitcher in the Cinderella Pattern, Introduced in 1925. Dimensions; 12" high x 9" wide, handle to spout and 4.25" in diameter at the base. Weight; 32 ounces. It has the Gorham mark and the date mark for 1926, along with 4 Pint, Cinderella and 20234. Script monogram (LR?). Excellent condition.

A vintage mid century modernist salt spoon by William Spratling in sterling silver and ebony. From Spratling's 3rd design period.

The ebony wood and sterling salt spoon measures 3 1/4" long. Marked with the conjoined 'WS' and an eagle mark that is partially struck. It is in fine condition with some tarnish and a very minor ding.

Circa 1950-60, very heavy sterling silver hinged or jointed fish bottle opener with abalone (mother of pearl) and black onyx eyes. Made in Mexico, it is fully hallmarked including 925 on the back side of the tail. Excellent condition, it measures 7.25" long and weights 5.48 oz.

An extremely rare set of 12 sterling silver and enamel tea or coffee spoons from the "Cymric" line produced by Liberty & Co. in partnership with the Birmingham silversmith William Hair Haseler. The stems of the spoons have an incised trailing motif accented with translucent shaded enamels in blue and green. Only a few designers produced spoon designs for the Cymric line, and this style is typical of designs by Archibald Knox around 1910...

Pair of wonderfully designed enamel and silver plate footed dishes by MEKA, DENMARK, c.1960's. One is red and black enamel and the other is white and black enamel and each is signed "MEKA DENMARK". Each measures 3 1/2" around by 1 1/4" high. Excellent condition.....$12 for insured US shipping.
