This beautiful pair of silver plates designed by Spratling were hand forged in the 1940's. Each plate measures 4" across. Together the pair weigh 125 grams. Being offered is an exceptional and rare pair of circa 1944 sterling silver votive candle holders by William Spratling, of Taxco, Mexico. Entirely handcrafted flared bowls with silver wire & ball feet. Dimensions: 3 1/2 inches diameter by 2 inches tall. No monogram. Marked as illustrated in photo. In excellent condition. These are usually offered as salt cellars, and can be used as salt cellars, but Spratling’s original design was for votive candle use. Other pairs are available.

The classic sterling and rosewood three-piece carving set by Hector Aguilar, Mexico, c.1944. The set usually consists of only two pieces. Set consists of a two-pronged meat fork(14" long) and two carving knives(17" and 15 1/2" long each). The rosewood and sterling handles have a glorious design and the knives blades are iron(and have some rust). The handles are in excellent condition. The fork is marked "HA(stylized) 940 TAXCO 9(bellmark)...

This is an absolutely stunning sterling silver cigarette case which has been elaborately decorated with engraved raised floral motif on the front and back panel, with presentation mark engraved on the front panel. It has a gilt interior with two cigarette retainer, it is hallmarked with a dagger going through letter B, which I don't know what dose it stand for...

A vintage sterling silver Caddy spoon by William Spratling with a lightly hammered finish and shovel design. This spoon is from the first design period.

Measures 3 5/8" long and 1 1/2" across. Dates from before 1946. Marked with the script 'WS' surrounded by Spratling Made in Mexico, and Spratling Silver. Marks show some wear. Has minor wear to the surface appropriate to the age, some tarnish and surface scratches.

Bellied ovoid body on domed foot, high-looping leaf-capped scroll handle, and leaf-capped s-scroll handle; cover hinged and domed with leafing-scroll quatrefoil finial. Strapwork frames (vacant) on front and back between cornucopias and pendant ribbon-tied flowers. Rims irregular with applied leaves and scrolls. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, pattern name, no. 570A, and phrase “Hand Chased”...

A modernist pair of Sterling Silver salt and pepper shakers by Rancho Alegre. Main portion is in a brushed texture contrasting with the bottom disks which are shiny and smooth. The very top parts are shiny also. Measure 3" tall and 1 1/2" across the bottom. Signed Rancho Alegre, Sterling, Taxco and 925. Also signed N. Giles on the bottom of one, probably for the designer. Nice condition with some minor tarnish. Pre eagle, 1948. Fine Mid Century feel.

This is a STERLING TIFFANY & CO. PERFUME BOTTLE designed in the Shape of a Miniature FLASK. Size is 1" X 1 3/4" and made with Good Medium to Heavy Gauge STERLING SILVER. There is the Screw in Stopper with Wand atop. Marked on One side: TIFFANY & CO.; 180 degrees around reads: STERLING/ and an Asian Mark. Looks to have been contracted to a Japanese Silver maker circa 1950. CONDITION is EXCELLENT ...zero dings or dents.
