This pretty, vintage, blue Madrid depression glass oval vegetable or serving bowl was made by Federal Glass from 1932 to 1938. This bowl measures 10 inches long X 6 7/8 inches across. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks, however, there is a slight 1/2 inch minor indent at one spot on the inner rim of the bowl that was done in the making. This minor indent does not take away from the beauty of the vintage bowl. Be sure to search our other Madrid available...

This plate depicts the lull, full of anticipation, before the family festivities- which in Denmark begin on Christmas eve- start.

The hustle and bustle of busy preparation is over. For the Children there is nothing left to do but wait...
