A silver jigger decorated with a raised ocean liner pennant enameled in the colors of the Norwegian-American Lines and engraved with the name of the passenger liner SS Stavangerfjord. The ship was commissioned in 1917 and sailed until 1963. In 1964, it was anchored in Tokyo Bay for use a hotel during the Tokyo Olympics. This jigger is engraved "Olympiske Leker", indicating that it comes from the short time the liner was used during the games...

Christmas Candy is an Indiana Glass Company pattern that's named for its decorative border design. The Terrace green color - a rich blue-green - is highly sought after and very hard to find. Measuring 5 1/4" across & weighing 156 grams this 940 sterling silver dish was designed by Taxco, Mexico designer Hector Aguilar. The dish is centered with a 1951 coin with a HIDALGO profile. The reverse side of the coin features an eagle fighting a serpent. This candy dish is pictured on p. 67 of SILVER MASTERS OF MEXICO by Penny Morrill. HA, 940, TAXCO, & TALLER BORDA and eagle 9 hallmarks are found on the underside rim of the dish.

Hobbs, Brockunier & Co., Wheeling, West Virginia produced glass from 1845-1891. This canoe is before 1886 before Hobbs, Brockunier and Co. ceased to exist on December 31 of 1886 and before Hobbs Glass Co. was organized in August of 1886.

The canary canoe is 8 1/4" long and 3" wide at the center.

He is 7" in length and 6 3/4" tall.

A sterling silver vermouth dispenser in the form of a watering can. These were made by Boardman and retailed primarily at Cartier's flagship store in New York and by Tiffany. This particular example was retailed by Schroth's jewelers in Montville, NJ. When tipped, the dispenser lightly sprinkles just a drip of vermouth into the glass for the perfect martini. The bottom is marked “Sterling” and is signed “Schroth”.

A spectacular Murano glass epergne, made probably by Archimede Seguso, around 1950. The epergne is 12 1/4 inches (31 cm) tall, with a bottom width of 9 inches (23 cm) and a top-width of 4 1/2 inches (12 cm). In fine condition. Unsigned, as expected.

Six sterling silver demitasse spoons in a classic pattern featuring a gadrooned edge. The backs of the bowls are fully hallmarked for Chester, 1923. The maker's mark is "S.I. Ld.".
