A mid century Japanese Biraki Kimono Tansu (chest with hinged doors) made entirely of Kiri (Paulownia) Wood. Two large hinged doors open to a set of three Kimono trays. Side handles used for carrying the tansu from place to place. Front door plates feature Paulownia flowers and leaves.

With 2 sliding doors that cover a large storage area, 3 small side by side drawers and 2 large drawers below. Side handles allow for moving this tansu from place to place.
