This is a beautifully patinaed Pair of Nightstands made around the middle part of the 20th century during the Art Deco period boasting a lovely burl mahogany finish. Each Chevet is providing a single drawer mounted with its original brass knob upon an open niche with single shelf. Minor scratches and dents can be seen due to the age. Circa date 1940. An adorable and large first half of the 20th Century Nightstand made from solid and nicely patinaed walnut. This charming piece consists of a rectangular bordered top upon a spacious storage compartment revealed by a pair of doors with wire, above a couple of bottom drawers mounted with their original acanthus shaped handles, all standing on a nicely scrolled apron supported by cabriole legs on escargot feet.
