A beautiful camphor wood cabinet from China with fine carving and drawers/nice metal decor-fixtures. The main cabinet has 2 doors which slide inward along the sides for a computer, screen or TV etc. and the back side has a sliding wooden opening for electrical cables etc. Very nice condition, free standing, size: H. 178cm x W. 97 cm. x D. 66 cm. Pair of pre-war Art Deco era side stands. Heavy, solid wood with burl wood overlay. Each stand has a drawer with an open display shelf just below. The lower portion of each stand makes an artful curve into another open shelf. Great condition with excellent burl wood figuring.

Hand Polychrome painted on wood hinged folding Tray Stand, 20 1/2" high, 13 1/2" x 14" wide-when open, hand painted floral vine design on wooden legs with metal hinges, some paints are chipped off from use.

A fine quality water pot for use on the scholars desk. The porcelain is very white and translucent. The fine blue art work shows two five toed dragons chasing the flaming pearl. There is a six character Guangxu Dynasty mark on the base, but it is not the mark used by the Royal Kiln. As the pot is not Imperial Ware we believe it was made during the Republic Period in Guangxu Style...

Tall Chinese hardwood cabinet in two sections, elaborately carved all over with scenes of eight dragons in light color wood on dark hardwood ground carved with swirling clouds, rocks and waves. The sides of the cabinet are also made of dark hardwood and carved with scrolling key fret motif. Brass hardware is incised with matching key fret and chimera designs. c. 1950. Total size: 86 " high x 35 1/4" wide x 15 3/4" deep (bottom section is 66 1/2" high. top section is 19 1/2" high)

A vintage Japanese contemporary low Mizuya Tansu made from solid Keyaki (Zelkova) wood. Two sliding doors open to a spacious storage area. Three side by side drawers along the bottom with Hikute iron handles. Taiko drum nail heads decorate the sliding doors and horizontal side bars add structural strength as well as aesthetic beauty to the chest.
