The Marbro Lamp Company began by Morris Markoff and his brother soon after the end of World War II. The small shop they started was located in the garment district of Los Angeles. Vintage industrial lockers salvaged from an old factory in New England. There are two sets of triple lockers and two sets of double lockers. They have been sand-blasted and powder coated in a metal grey in side and out. Triples are 78.5" high by 36.5" wide by 16" deep. Sporting original dents but otherwise in very nice condition.
A set of three substantial cast stone garden corbels with nice wear and accretions of moss and lichen. Each is 14" high by 13" in diameter. Condition commensurate with age.

Included here are a pair of unique and impressive 30" tazzas crafted from rock crystal and featuring gilt bronze pedestals in the shape of neoclassical capitals. Each measures 30.25" tall and 8" across at the top (76.8 cm and 20.3 cm). They each weigh an estimated 90-120 lbs. Condition is excellent, with no chips or repairs and with no deep scratches.

Here's something that doesn't come along very often: an absolutely stunning set of vintage towel holders. Much nicer than anything we can find in the shops now, these feature heavyweight brass brackets in the romantic form of giardinetti -- meaning "little gardens" in Italy, where the design was introduced into 18th century Rococo jewelry.
