Wonderful 1930's tile top table with great colors of turquoise, orange and black. There are four art tiles in the center surrounded by 12 color tiles. The wood base looks to be made of walnut. The table stands 16.5" high and the top is 18" x 18". The tiles closely resemble Catalina tiles but I don't know if they are for sure. The indoor photo shows the colors best.
CONDITION: Overall the table is in good condition...
This is a large and beautiful Dining Table, original coming from Aix-en-Provence in the south of France, consisting of an intricately scrolled wrought iron pediment from the first quarter of the 20th century supporting a later built wooden top (estimated to be a few decades old). This table must originally have had either a stone or marble top. Note minor scratches and dents as well as a few water marks on the top. Dimensions 32"high/ 102"long/ 42"wide.
