This is a complicated and time consuming craft- please note that the bottom is cloisonné as well as having some curvature to the lid - it would have been much easier just to give it a copper bottom and making the lid flat...

This is an outstanding 19th century Chinese Export enamel cloisonne round-form planter with floral decoration on a turquoise ground standing on three brass feet; rich coloration. Measures 8.75 opening x 4 in. tall. Cloisonne and enamel near perfect, wear to enamel inside. This planter does have three feet although the angle of photo obscures one of the them.
