High shape with an extended rim.
Made with very thin strips of madake bamboo in different techniques, rattan and lacquer. Insert water container in black lacquered bamboo. Unsigned but it comes with the artist’s old information paper and old Japanese paper box.

A well potted Kuro Raku Chawan Black Raku Tea Bowl.
The bowl is hand shaped, covered in black glaze with a few small areas in which the cream colour clay shows through. It rest very well in the hands! Raku mark impressed to the bottom. H 8 x 12 cm.
Perfect condition.
An very pretty, oblong Iga vase for tokonoma presentation with compressed body and a long, trumpet-shaped neck. Two small ears on the side. Partly covered (upper part) with a running, olive-green glaze. Signed. Artist unidentified (see photo). Vintage. H 23.5 cm. Condition: Perfect.
