A mint condition set made by Shelley potteries in England prior to 1950. I believe the pattern is called "Golden Broom" - it is one of the single species floral decorations that Shelley specialized in during the mid-20th century. The fluted cup measures 2-1/4 inches tall, the fluted saucer is 4-5/8 inches in diameter. Both pieces are marked with the green Shelley shield. No chips, cracks, repairs, stains or crazing.
