An exceptional Art Deco stoneware vase by Jean Luce, the exterior glazed in deep brown clouding over
beige and decorated with applied enameled rounds.
Impressed Jean Luce France mark and monogram. Good condition, some tiny ships on base, see photographs. Rare French museum Art deco work, circa 1925-30. Dimensions: 9.1/7" (23cm) high, 5.2/3" (14.5cm) neck diameter.

Picasso pitcher 5 1/4" made at Madoura Potteries, Vallauris, France where Picasso went annually from 1946-1971 to create his ceramics. The base is marked "Edition Picasso Madoura." The motif is Don Quixote on one side and a standing bull on the other. Many of his pieces were done in limited editions. There are 2 white chalk-like marks, one on the handle and the other at the base. See photos.

Absolutely splendid blue glaze jardinieres on column stands decorated with bamboos plants. Dimensions:
50" (126cm) high. Good condition, no restorations and no cracks, just some chips on column top rim and a little hairline on one jardiniere.
Stamped maker's mark underside Jerome Massier work shop, Vallauris and monogram. Circa 1900.
