Rare, 8.5" (21.59 cm) Porcelain Plate from the 1969 production by Haviland, France, of the original "Martha Washington" dinner service which was presented to her by a representative of the Dutch East India Company, in the 18th Century, a gift to the United States' very first, First Lady. This is a beautifully designed and hand painted porcelain platter or tray from the early 1900s. The tray was made by La Ceramique Jean Pouyat in Limoges, France. The painting is not from the factory and is not signed by the artist. The bottom mark is “J.P. / L. / France.”

This porcelain miniature cup and saucer was produced in England by Royal Crown Derby in 1920. There are date ciphers indicating this date. The saucer is 2 1/4 inches in diameter and the cup is 1 inch high. The decoration on this set is the famed "Imari" pattern. It is hand painted in cobalt blue, orange and lots of fancy gilding.
