This figurine of a faun was produced in Germany by Rosenthal in 1921. It is 4 inches long and 3 ¾ inches high. The name of the modeler, T. Karner, is inscribed in the base. There is a feeling of peacefulness in demeanor of this gentle, young creature. The coloring is unusual. This figurine is in excellent condition.

This figurine of a game bird was produced in Germany by Rosenthal in 1949. There are impressed initials of the artist who created it. It measures 4 inches long and 3 ½ inches high. It is well modeled with nice detail and hand painted realistically. We think this bird is a grouse. During mating season the males puff up to display their wonderful plumage to the female birds to attract their attention. This bird figurine is in excellent condition.
