Stoneware vase by Bode Willumsen with a fine chocolate brown color. The vase is decorated with fable figures in relief. Very good condition. This vase is from the Hjorth factory, which was placed at the danish island, Bornholm. The factory is today a museum. Decoration in copper red on white/beige background. The deer logo of the factory is incised as well as the signature "L. Hjorth". (Height: 19 cm/7,48 inches. Weight: 1,15 kilo)

This art deco vase is designed by Nils Thorsson in his early career in 1933. The vase is decorated with a bird surrounded by leaves on one side, and with a reed-mace on the other. The vase is marked with the Aluminia factory mark and bears number 1712. This vase is a part of Thorssons Bremerholm series which was very well received at the time it came out.
