This incredible vase represents an early effort by the master Berndt Friberg for Gustavsberg. It measures 5" (13cm) and is 4 1/4" (11 cm) in diameter. The glaze is extraordinary. On the underside of the foot is impressed the Gustavsberg Studio hand insignia, and the old BF marking, which Friberg used for pieces made between 1944 and 1947. The incised letter O dates this work to 1945. Mint condition.

Rarely seen set of three vases dated 1925, 1926 and 1927 by Wilhelm Kage for Gustavsberg. The vases are in very good condition. The style is Swedish grace - the Swedish variation of art deco. The material is faience and the color very light blue. The vases are decorated with stars and flowers in relief. The bigget vase is marked Gustavsberg, Kage and the year 1927. This incredible Farsta sperical vase measures 6 1/2" (16.5cm) tall and is 6" (15cm) in diameter. On the underside of the narrow foot is impressed Farsta (eight times). Incised is Kåge, Gustavsberg with the Studio hand insignia, and the letter Y. This magnificent vase was created in 1954.
