Stamped 835 and likely made in Italy. This STORK is finely Detailed ...able to see the Feathered Body and Eyes. Standing on One Foot and holding the "Bundle of Joy" there is a Tag for Name & Date Engraving. A fun Dutch silver (800 to sterling) reticulated serving spoon of unusual shape and wonderful figural decorations. At the top is the goddess Diana with her bow and a hound. Beneath that are 2 medallions of cupid or putti. They flank a lower head. Finally another cupid inside the bowl and straddling a lion or dog. The silversmith was busy!
