This Art Deco period armoire features a fabulous facade of burl walnut and amboyna with ebony inlay, plus an interior crafted from solid mahogany. It measures an impressive 83" (6' 11") tall, 71" (5' 11") wide and 21.5" deep. This armoire dates from the 1930s or 1940s and is likely of Brisith (English) origin. This playful vintage chair has a hand-crafted metal frame and sides and seat of tightly-woven wicker. It is in excellent condition with no damages or repairs. It is also very comfortable. There are no hallmarks and we believe it dates from the 1970s. It measures 29" wide, 34" high and 24" deep. The seat measures 19" by 19" and the seat height is 16". This chair resides in our client's gallery on the Upper West Side of Manhattan ( New York city ) and may be seen by appointment.
