Original champagne finish pouffe vanity stool by Heywood Wakefield. Stenciled on underside and original paper label 3557. Rio line early 1940's, designed by Leo Jiranek. Scuffs to wood, and fabric has hole in top, needs to be reupholstered but finish on wood can be cleaned. Stands approx 18 1/2" tall, cool steam bent round design to wood.

Offered for sale is a Charles Eames for Herman Miller DAR swivel chair. This is a fine piece of early Post War design circa 1951. The chair is made of fiberglass and a black oxide metal rod base. The dowel legs are made of natural birch. Fully signed on the underside with an early label.
