Handsome and massive Art Deco Bar made by the first quarter of the 20th century. This piece originally comes from a hotel in Nice south east of France. The bar ledge is made of pine and surrounded by an oak border upon the large façade featuring mahogany veneer highlighted at the bottom with the original pink phocaean marble (Commonly called Marseille Pink marble). This vanity dates from circa 1930 and was recently imported from Paris. Measures 63.5" high by 53.4" wide by 16" deep. Original mirror measures 58" high. It is crafted from quarter-sawn wood believed to be a dark-stained Brazilian tulipwood or possibly kingwood. Overall condition is good. The piece could use a gentle cleaning and polish. This listing includes a set of six (6) French Art Deco period walnut dining chairs, circa 1935. Recently imported from Paris. Measurements: 32.25" high by 17.75" wide by 17.25" deep. They feature gently curved seatbacks, wide seats and tapered legs. We do not have photos of all chairs, and there are some nicks and scratches throughout the set which may need to be touched up. This pair of French Art Deco chairs dates from the 1930s, and was recently imported from Paris. They measure 33" high by 17.5" wide by 14.75" deep. They feature scalloped seat backs and blond burl veneer. Original dark brown woven fabric upholstery. We do not have additional images at this time. This is an elegant pair of cassolettes from the 1910’s made from spelter and highlighted with a bronze finish. Each is intricately embellished with interlaced foliate and floral garlands and flanked by lovely scrolled acanthus-shaped handles standing upon detailed goat heads.
