This is a very rare Lever Brothers' Chinese poster calendar dated 1919. The two women pictured on the calendar are actually men dressed as women as women were not permitted at that time to pose for these posters. Size: Poster. 74 x50.3cm. Frame. 102.5 x 88.2cm. Condition: Very Good.A few small tears that are not noticeable. Poster is professionally framed under glass.

These sets were made for the trade to show the step by step process of making a cloisonne piece. The set is undamaged and comes with original display presentation box. Each vase follows the same pattern through all the hand done steps of making a finished product. The vases in this set are a bit larger than most that were made for this type of display.
