An attractive, well crafted, miniature Golok (machete) from either Malaysia or Indonesia circa 1930-1960. Condition - very good. There is one silver band missing from the sheath - no other losses or damages. 12 inches (30cm) Long.

An original Burmese Shan, golden triangle knife. Blade of iron. Sheet and part of hilt is plated with thin silver that in places have nice filigree work. Hilt of bone. With red cotton rope knit over the top part of the sheet. This nice knife has been used in daily life probably after being inaugurated in some sort of ceremony. It is old ca. 1940-60, and has taken some beating over the years. Overall length: 37 cm. 150 USD, add 40 usd for shipping & funds transfer.

Carved bone hilt with hair tuft, the blade decorated with gold patterns. The wooden scabbard covered in carved bone plaques with the face of the Dayak forest god 'Aping'(?). Additional knife 'pisau raut' with carved zoomorphic head in bark pocket attached to the rear of scabbard. Length in scabbard 28.5" inches (72.4cm). Blade length: 18" inches (45.7cm).

A rare child's dayak sword with wood handle. Utility knife done in deer horn; this handle is from a broken keris point. Nice rattan work on sheath. This weapon is nicely worn from use; there have been a number of old repairs to the handle. This piece was purchased from an old collection in California and dates to the 1930s.
