A large, very luxurious and completely unused, vintage Afghanistan “Bokhara” style carpet dating from about 1960 or earlier. The carpet was part of a San Francisco rug dealer’s inventory whose estate was finally liquidated in the late 1980s. These red and black traditional Afghanistan carpets are direct descendants of those woven by Ersari Turkoman tribesmen who migrated from Turkestan to the villages of northern Afghanistan in the late 1800s. Iznik Ceramic Islamic Turkish Persian Vase Table Lamp

Charming table lamp made from an Iznik style Turkish or Persian vase. Based on the wiring and components, I'm guessing this to be from the 1950's or 1960's. Two shades of blue glaze on a white background. The glaze has fairly uniform crazing, but no apparent chips. The Lamp measures 19" tall. The vase portion measures 9.5" by 8" across, and weighs 4.5 pounds.

Antique Qajar Dynasty early 20th century Islamic, Persian ceramic vase painted in blues, green, yellow, pink, brown and grey on a white background and decorated with two birds, possibly Phoenixes. The remaining background is filled in with a classic Qajar floral design. Good condition with slight crazing and glaze irregularities at the bottom. A little roughness in the glaze at the top rim. Approximately 12 inches high and 9 inches in diameter. Weight is 4.5 pounds.

Various bottles for cleaning products as well as rose water and and other perfuming agents. It measures 12" long, by 11.5" tall, by 5" deep, and weighs about 8 pounds before packing. Although one would usually associate this style of shoeshine box with Turkey, the enameling is consistent in color and texture to Moroccan enamel, and I have seen similar full sized shoeshine box... Greek Pottery Woman in Traditional Dress c. 1920

This hand formed, pottery figure of a woman, measuring 13 1/4" in height, and 4 3/4" in diameter, is glazed in bright, polychrome colors of the native costume. The condition is good, with only some glaze flaws. There is one small chip of glaze missing from the woman's left pigtail. I am guessing that the figure dates from the 1920's.
