This is or in the style of a Japanese mid century banko ware round hanging wall pocket vase still showing old wooden beads, frayed threads attached, and illegible mark. This banko hanging vase is in a hunter green background with 2 irises in the front and 3 irises on the other side. This vintage 1940's hand hammered, hand forged 980 sterling silver bowl was designed & signed by Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling (1900-67). Weighing a hefty 652 grams or 23 oz. the bowl measures 10 inches across and 2 inches high. The base measures 5 1/4" across. The rim is finished with a thick rope design. This piece is in beautiful condition & fully hallmarked for Spratling on the reverse.

This lovely stem was produced by Morgantown Glass Company during the 1940's. These are called the 'Top Hat' cocktail because of the figural stem. Morgantown made these exclusively for the Knickerbocker Hotel in Chicago, and they were never offered for sale to the general public directly. Offered here are 6 Top Hat cocktails: 2 Topaz, 2 Smoke, 1 amethyst and 1 blue. All are in perfect condition. Price is per stem.

This elegant, delicate water tumbler is by Morgantown Glass from early in the Depression years. It is in the Anna Rose pink color showing the deep optic swirls of the Palm Optic pattern.
