Dino Martens - [1894 - 1970] An Italian artist and designer know for his work in glass. Studied at the Academia di Belle Arti. He eventually became the innovative artistic director at Aureliano Toso.

Excellent condition

Cambridge Rosepoint Relish (for corn cob). Produced from 1932-1954. This relish tray is for resting an ear of corn. It measures 9.5"x3.5" and is 1.3" high. These are very hard to find.

A very attractive and fine cast iron incense container (kogo) for use in tea ceremony decorated with a motif from the Ten Ox-herding Pictures of Zen Buddhism. Inside covered in gold. Signed by Suzuki Morihisa (1920–1981), a 14th generation of cast iron-makers from Morioka who later taught at the Academy of Fine Arts in Tokyo. A frequent exhibitor at the Nitten. With original signed kiri-tomobako and artist's information paper. Showa period ca. 1960. H 3 cm, D 7,2. Condition: Perfect.

Fostoria made the Navarre pattern waters in pink only for sale in Jewelry stores as a special order. They are 6.5" tall and in mint condition. Four are available.

Fostoria Glass Company made Hermitage from 1932-34. There are no chips or cracks in the glass. Thanks for looking.

Mashiko Yaki Oozara (Large Plates), Dia. 12.25" (31.5cm); Vintage production, purchased in 1965. These plates feature patterns from the four seasons: Ume (Plum) for Spring, Shobu (Iris) for Summer, Nekoyanagi (Pussywillow) for Autumn, and Kiku (Chrysanthemum) for Winter. These types of plates were made using molds and then hand-painted as stock items sold in Mashiko in the 1960's & '70s...

Fine and rare old Yao/Mien all hand spun and woven cotton wedding veil with silk thread embroidered geometrical design, circa 50 years old. This piece is from Kim Mien group and was originally collected in Northern Laos. The colors on this piece are subtle and restrained (please note the use of shades of brown and blue in enlargements) and the brown and white tassels. Except for a couple of tiny holes this piece is in excellent condition. W: 47cm/18.5in and L: 75cm/29.5in.

Anchor Hocking Bubble (Boopie) 4 oz. Juice or Wine were made from 1940-65 (4.5" tall). Not often labeled Bubble, it is commonly called Boopie. Many people purchase this less costly style to compliment Imperials' Candlewick. I have included a second photo showing the four sizes available for comparison. This is the second in the row of four. Japanese woodblock print entitled "Moon Over Kiyosume Garden" by the artist Kawase Hasui. Muted tones depict a tranquil lake. A yukimi-dōrō (stone lantern) stands on the edge of the water near a stand of dwarf pines. With black 6mm seal. Publisher: Watanabe Shozaburo. Produced during the lifetime of the artist.

Ancient Neolithic Bi disk in celadon colored nephrite Jade, thick well shaped with extensive tremolite . Beautiful surface texture. Size almost 2.25" over .25" thick.

A pretty pair of Dresden porcelain candlesticks with traditional hand-painted floral decoration. Dresden candlesticks are rather uncommon. The squared bases are intricately pierced and decorated with flowers and gilt highlights. The columns are similarly decorated. Bobeches separate the columns from the candle sockets...
