Being offered is a circa 1940 sterling silver pie, cake, lasagna etc etc server by William Spratling of Taxco, Mexico. Handwrought server with allover spot hammering; an applied flattened ball at the end of the terminal handle. Dimensions: 10 1/4 inches long by 2 3/4 inches wide. No monogram. Marked as illustrated in photo. In excellent condition. Typical of William Spratling, great design, construction and weight!

DESCRIPTION: A Chinese scholar's wrist rest crafted from reddish-brown bamboo, the surface covered with fifteen lines of finely carved, raised calligraphy citing a 1962 poem by Mao Zedong. Excellent condition. DIMENSIONS: 11" long (28 cm) x 3" wide (7.6 cm).

A Chinese "Robins Egg" glazed linghzi waterpot in the form of a ruyi-shaped head of a lingzhi fungus, with a bat at the rim and a large chilong on the opposite rim. Glazed all over with the base rim left unglazed.

A small amethyst over camphor glass cameo vase. The decoration is a floral pattern on a camphor ground. The vase is signed “ C Vessiere” in cameo and is 3 1/4 inches tall.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Meissen between 1924 to 1934. It has the crossed swords mark from the Pfeiffer period that is first quality. The saucer measures 4 1/8 inches in diameter and 1 inch deep. The cup is 2 inches tall with a diameter of 2 1/2 inches. The set is decorated in the Japanese Kakiemon style. Pair of Chinese cloisonne baluster vases with matching covers. Designed all over with fish swimming among lotus pods and other foilage on a white background. Ruyi shoulder design. The insides are enamelled in a dark blue. The rims and bases in copper. The covers designed the same with the same blue enamel on the inside.

Condition: These are in good overall condition. There is some slight wear to the enamels...

18th c India Hindu temple statue of a deity, this was carved in sandstone and painted countless times as is usual with Hindu temple sculpture . The paint has preserved the delicate carving and there is a iron bolt on the under side of the figure where it was mounted to the structure of the temple. This is a high end sterling silver with 24K gold overlay travel razor set. Made for Thomae Company of Attleboro, Massachusetts, the Gillette razor features a telescopic handle with a head that unscrews. The small tube case has 2 small replacement screws inside. There is room for monogramming on the box. In excellent condition, the box with contents inside measures 2" long, 1.25" wide, and 1.25" high/deep. The was a very expensive set in its day. Circa 1920's

Wonderful unique hand carved black forest style barometer with pair of horses highlighting the design. Probably dates to mid-century. Has opaque glass thermometer backboard with handpainted numerals. Barometer with blue enamel highlights on the gauges. Excellent working condition. Only issue is a minor crack to the white glass thermo backer board, but hardly visible. Nice large piece, measures 27" tall by 13.5" at widest. All wood, all hand carved...
