the neck to the foot of the vase, two finely detailed sparrows nestle
close behind a large leaf.The scene is painted in radiant shades of mauve
and sea-green.

The hexagonal form with domed top and tapering sides is decorated with two large panels. Each panel depicts children and adults amid a garden or country side. The other portion of the vase is finely decorated in geometric patterns and round medallions. The verso has two paper labels.
