This is a beautifully designed and patinated necklace with matching pendant - possibly by Casa Maya of Mexico City. It is signed with most of the word: Mexico. I believe that the script name on the back is the name of the former owner.
The piece is in fine, undamaged condition with good patina.
I have not polished it at all.

Finely crafted earrings in 12k gold. The earrings are known as "canastas" and the actual baskets are really weaved with the same technique as a larger basket. They measure 1" in width and 2" in length. The pearls are all natural pearls. Finely crafted with great attention to detail, the leaves are just small artistic agents that show the love for the craft of the maker. COLLECTOR QUALITY
Large Gusanos (caterpiller)Mexican solid gold earrings at 2inches by half an inch wide make for a grand presence. The weight is 7.3 grams of gold that tests from around 9kt to 12kt. These older filigree pieces are not signed and originate from Oaxaca. Absolutely lovely 2 rows of seed pearls are wired and tied off on the back and some solder over the ends finishes the durability of the piece. The seed pearls look more silver than the monitor shows them to be.
