The woman is "the most beautiful woman in France." She is being charmined and romanced by two gentlemen; one with jewels and gems and the other on bended knee with flowers and love. An authentic vintage The magical allure of the design is that it unmistakably represents the woman's view of her indecision of which man to marry...as she juggles both men in her hand. We were fortunate to see this operetta performed many years ago in Sante Fe, New Mexico and saw the effectivemenss of the view of the poster, as it displayed the story to a tee! This is a tempting and lovely image and frames beautifully against gold or black molding...

In this authentic vintage stone lithograph, the legendary posterist Dola designed a theme for the German composer Franz Lehar's music to effective in a tender operetta. The poster however was printed in France for the performance. One of our favorite designs, as it is so impressive and captures our heart...
