Ming Dynasty birdīs cups from the Jiajing resp. Wanli period are quite common but birdīs cups from the Chenghua period like this cup are a real rarity.

A very nice and rare Ming Dynasty Yongle period ( 1403 - 1425 ) underglaze decorated bowl. Jingdezhen ware.
Diameter : 9,9 cm. H : 5,4 cm.
Condition : Perfect. The distinctive appearing crack visible on the second last image of the inside of the bowl is not to see on the opposite ( out)side which confirms that also this crack is nothing more than a glaze crack and not a body crack.

A rare large Longquan ware lotus bowl from the sea with a pale bluegreen Celadon glaze. Glaze degradations caused by the sea water. Late southern Song Dynasty ( 13th. century ) Zhejiang ( Longquan )
Diameter : 12,1 cm. H : 8,4 cm.
Condition : The Celadon glaze degraded by the sea water but the body in perfect condition with no crack or chip.

The mayority of Song Dynasty resp. Song - Yuan Lotus-bowls are Celadon glazed. It is rare to find a Qingbai glazed example like this.

This jar stands out by its exceptional size and by its very decorative crackled " Guan " glaze. Song - Yuan Dynasty Longquan ware ( Celadon ).

A small and absolutely lovely Kangxi period ( 1662 - 1722 ) aster dish.
Superb porcelain body, superb Cobalt blue, this rare dish is an absolute jewel.
Diameter : 10,8 cm.
Condition : Perfect with no crack or chip ( nice sound when tapped ). Extremely minute glaze fritting to the rim which in nearly invisible to the naked eye.
This is an example for the best of the best in Song Dynasty Longquan ware .
The blue-green color of this dish represents the best kind of Longquan Celadon colours.
Also the shape of this rare dish is superb - please look alone at the elegantly thinning of the body towards the rim.

This underglaze blue decorated porcelain dish is probably an imperial marked Ming Xuande Period ( 1426 - 1435 ) dragon dish.
It comes from an old Javanese collection. The dish allegedly was found in the sea near Tuban, east Java.
The dish has no crack and no chip, but
