Watercolor on paper. Although this work is unsigned, it was purchased in a collection of her work, others of which were signed, enabling a definitive attribution.

Born in Duncannon, PA, Wissler resided in both Williamsburg, PA and Thurmont, MD during her life. She was educated at the Philadelphia School of Design for Women and the Drexel Institure. Known for her watercolors, Wissler participated in the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art Annual Exhibition of 1901.
