There is a noticeable diagonal crease that runs from the right edge through the lower portion to the limitation of the other edge. Matting measures 14 3/8" x 9 3/4," sheet is 11 7/8" x 9 3/4," plate is 9 1/4" x 4 1/4."
Original Pencil-Signed, Titled and Numbered Etching, #12/50. Signed and dated 1923 in plate. Minor silverfish damage at top right corner, at bottom center and just above the fire hydrant. There are also three stains, two of which are barely discernible. The noticeable on is atop the fire hydrant. Matting measures 15 1/2" x 21," sheet is 11" x 15 3/4," plate is 9 1/4" x 14 3/4."
