Featuring a set of 6 magnificent Royal Berlin KPM 9 3/4" large dinner plates, all different, with exquisite hand painted flowers and reticulated, gold, open work borders and molded blue flowers. Stamped on reverse with underglaze blue scepter stamp and brownish red orb mark. Also, an impressed number and some hand painted numbers and letters. All in mint condition, with no wear or scratches. Wonderful porcelain figurine of peacefully sleeping white cat, possibly Nymphenburg, European or Japanese. Finely modeled with unusual colorful bow. Very life like and great shape with its rear haunch curled under chin with tail. I love this little guy. He measures 6" long, 3 1/2" wide and 2" high. He is in purrfect condition except one tiny spot on the rear tip of his right ear which feels just a tiny bit rough and I think is a burst bubble from a firing flaw and in the making.No ...click for details

Most unusual scene of beautiful classical woman with two cherubs, one holding telegraph that the woman is tapping, and the other with ear phones, probably made as a commemorative piece for the invention of the telegraph around the turn of the 20th century.
