Heavy gold plate metal that may be sterling but not sure. Measures a little over 2" long x 7/16" wide. Dates mid to late 19th century. Pristine condition. No mosaics missing. Featuring a rare and very unusual antique early English Victorian gold figural watch fob key with a carnelian crown inlaid with agate at one end and an ornate scrolled piece in the center with a full figure of a dog. Fine detailing on the dog's coat and the scrolled piece. This piece, with the dog in the center, rotates 360 degrees, but does not come apart from the end pieces.
