Featuring a magnificent set of jadeite cuff links. Stamped 14K in several places and Ming's. Ming's is/was the name of a famous jewelry store in Hawaii. I do not know if they are still in business or not. Ming's carried the finest quality jewelry from China and Japan. This set dates from the second quarter of the 20th century. The Church hall mark on this wonderful ring is very significant since they were an excellent maker of jewelry in the early 20th century. Church made jewelry for Tiffany & Co. with the Tiffany name. I have seen identical pieces signed Tiffany and Church and it is known that the Church company made pieces for Tiffany with the Tiffany stamp. Excellent Gorham small ladies flask/bottle with beautifully hand worked repousse flowers.Gorham hall mark and rooster which dates it to 1890. The cleverly made hinged top with original cork screws in a groove to open and close it so that it shuts tightly. The flask measures 5 1/8" long by 2 3/8" wide and weighs 2 1/2 ounces on a regular postage scale. the top is engraved with intials and has a slight dent on one side(see photo). Featuring a fine Japanese pipe with silver mounts on either end and bamboo in the middle. The mouth piece appears to be copper or mixed metal and below that there is great work with a dragon in clouds and inlaid mixed metal eyes. The bamboo piece has painted designs in black to look like clouds. Not sure of the technique in painting this, maybe ink. The pipe piece also has a design tooled into it, probably relating to the dragon motif. There is a hallmark on both metal pieces(see photo of one). ...click for details

Wonderful porcelain figurine of peacefully sleeping white cat, possibly Nymphenburg, European or Japanese. Finely modeled with unusual colorful bow. Very life like and great shape with its rear haunch curled under chin with tail. I love this little guy. He measures 6" long, 3 1/2" wide and 2" high. He is in purrfect condition except one tiny spot on the rear tip of his right ear which feels just a tiny bit rough and I think is a burst bubble from a firing flaw and in the making.No ...click for details
