Exquisite Italian carved coral gem cameo of beautiful woman set in 14k gold ring setting(American), size 6 1/4. My photos do not do justice to the perfection of this soft colored pale orange coral cameo and the beautiful facial and hair details. In pristine condition with no chips, cracks or damages whatsoever. The setting is substantial, well made with clean lines, dating circa 1900, and stamped 14k. The cameo is probably slightly earlier.
