Featuring an early Victorian brooch, circa 1860, with exquisite detailed black enamel designs and engraving in the gold, all surrounding a bezel set cabochon garnet gem stone and gray-cream seed pearls surrounding the garnet. The shape of the pin is interesting, a square with a pinwheel weaving around it. 14k gold, not marked but tested. Measures 1 1/8" in diameter.
