Antique Japanese Meiji Ivory Netsuke Bakemono

Featuring a well carved and amusing Japanese Meiji era antique ivory netsuke dating to the late 19th to early 20th century. The subject matter depicts Bakemono with an umbrella as a sake seller with a sake pot, an account book, and a badger on his back. His forehead is inlaid with a third eye. Signed on the underside of the sake pot. Dimensions, 1 7/8" high, 1 3/8" wide x 1"+ deep. Please feel free to ask for more photos. Excellent condition-no chips, cracks, damages or restorations.
