Antique Japanese Netsuke Gamma Sennin Frog 18th C.
Featuring a dramatic antique Japanese carved wood netsuke of gamma sennin, one hand to his head, his sleeve blowing in the wind, and the other hand holding a frog on his leg. Dating to the 18th century. Wonderful expression/flowing lines. Dimensions, 1.5" high x 1 1/4" wide x 7/8" deep. Condition, very good to excellent. One foot appears to have been chipped, but it is a very old chip, and the wood has darkened from age so it is not noticeable. There is also some wear to the hematoshi from being worn. Please inquire if you would like to see more photos. Satisfaction guaranteed or money back providing item returned in sent condition, within 3 days of receipt, and the way it was packed if possible. Sales tax charged if sold in NY state, unless valid sales tax number and signed form provided.
