| A rare and fine example of mid 19th century Japanese porcelain from the Arita area of Japan. It is completely hand painted depicting classic ancient scholars with books and brushes. There are touches of brushed gold on the boarders, clothing, and furniture. The porcelain is a gray-off white. The painting is extremely well done. The saucer measures 5" in diameter and the cup is 2" high with the opening 2 1/2" wide. This is a very fine quality piece in mint condition with no chips, cracks, repairs or damages, which is remarkable considering the age. 3 day return privilege. Satisfaction guaranteed or full refund providing item received in sent condition. Buyer pays postage and insurance. New York state residents pay sales tax unless valid tax number with resale certificate provided. | ||
