| A fine quality colorful and artistic Japanese cloisonne cabinet vase worked with silver wires dating to the Golden Age. Iris clumps growing in stylized water(a Japanese design often found on the works of Kumeno Teitaro) and various aquatic plants on a cobalt blue background. Much fine work encircling vase on all sides. Unusual extra piece at top with fine silver wire design on top. Greek key design in silver wire boarder around neck. This piece could be attributed to Kumeno Teitaro. Measures 3 1/2" high and 2 1/2" in diameter and dates circa 1890. Excellent condition-no scratches, dings, restorations, cracks what-so-ever. Return privilege providing item returned in sent condition within a short time of having received it in original packaging material. Postage/insurance extra.
