| A very fine English small sterling bowl, a replica of a monteith bowl. Fully hallmarked with the leopard head (London),lion (England),letter d (1900) and makers mark, WC JL in shield. The underside of the foot is stamped Goldsmiths Company 112 Regent Street. This company sold many fine pieces of silver and jewelry to the Royal family and has its own history. It may still be in business. There is information on Google about it. The work on this bowl is exceptional. Mint condition. See photos. It measures 4" high and almost 5 " in diameter and weighs about 9 ounces on a regular scale. More photos available.
