This is a CONTINENTAL SILVER SUGAR SIFTER with Gilded Bowl. Made of Heavy Gauge 800 Silver the Front has a Pair of CUPIDS atop the Handle, one playing a Flute and the other has Cymbals. The Front is Nicely Decorated with Flowers and Fruit. The BOWL is Gilded and Pierced for Sugar (can be liquid). Length is 7 1/4" and the Bowl is 2 3/8" at the Widest. Marked on the back: 800 with a German or Italian Mark. Excellent Condition and a BEAUTY.
This is a Sterling CHRISTENING CUP made by SHREVE CRUMP & LOW ca. 1885. This is a HEAVY GAUGE STERLING Cup weighing 7.33 ounces; dimensions are 3" Cup Diam. X 3.5" Tall X 4.5" Across Handle Edge to Cup Rim.
